Make people in all over the world healthy with
Kori-tofu! Presenting the health functionality of
Kori-tofu at an international conference
Asahimatsu Foods Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka City and Iida City,
President: Hirotaka Kinoshita) will make an oral presentation on the
health functionality research of Kori-tofu at the 11th World Soybean
Research Conference will be held in Vienna for 5 days from June 18th.
This international conference has been held regularly in various
countries since 1975, and is a world-renowned conference on soybeans.
As for the content of the conference, in addition to the keynote speech,
700 people from about 60 countries are scheduled to present 400 topics
(150 oral presentations and 250 poster presentations).
Our research on health functionality of Kori-tofu was recognized as
contributing to the development of soybean research around the world,
and it was accepted to make an oral presentation.
We will continue to promote research activities to help improve the
health of the people in all over the world under our group's purpose
"Soybeans for the Future".
