Notice of joining KEIDANREN (Japan Business Federation)



Vision Inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Kenichi Sano, hereinafter referred to as
“the Company”) is pleased to announce that we joined KEIDANREN (Japan Business Federation) on April 1,
2024.

Based on our management philosophy of “To Contribute to the Global Information and Communications
Revolution,” the Company is striving to contribute to the advancement and development of humankind and
society. We support innovations that enhance the lifestyles of individuals and improve the way companies do
business as a distributor who efficiently and effectively connects our clients and end users.

In the future, we will adhere to the Keidanren’s Charter of Corporate Behavior, which is stated in the
mission of “to contribute to the self-sustained development of the Japanese economy and the improvement
of the lives of citizens, by drawing out the dynamism of corporations as well as that of the individuals and
communities that support them.” We will also cooperate with the member companies and actively engage in
activities so that we can contribute to that mission as a member of the Keidanren.
