鴻池運輸株式会社(本社：大阪市中央区、代表取締役兼社長執行役員 鴻池 忠彦)は、本年 1 月 11
日に報道発表※1 した、KONOIKE グループのブランドの考え方を定義した「私たちのブランド」の英
文版を新たに策定し、社内外に向けて発信を開始しました。

「私たちのブランド」は、一人一人の従業員が日々、自らに問いかけていく「行動指針」としての
「私たちの覚悟」、その覚悟を意識・実践していくことで果たされる、組織・会社・グループとして
の達成すべき経営目標（中期経営計画など）である「私たちの目標」、さらにその目標を達成してい
くことを通じて実現すべき「企業理念」としての「私たちの使命」、さらにそれら全体を象徴し、お
客様や社会のステークホルダーの皆さまへの「約束（ブランドプロミス）」のメッセージとなる「私
たちの約束」から成ります。
英文化には、昨年秋からおよそ 8 カ月をかけて社内外での議論を重ねて完成に至りました。今後は、
米国、中国、インド、ASEAN 諸国など世界に展開する KONOIKE グループの現地法人・拠点におい
て、英文版や現地語への翻訳版を通じて、グループ従業員の一体感の醸成とともにお客様や社会の皆
さまにも広く認知され、当社の想い・企業価値をご理解いただけるよう、時間をかけて展開していく
予定です。
KONOIKE グループでは、創業 150 周年となる 2030 年に向けて海外事業の拡大を重点取り組みの
一つとして掲げていますが、今回の英文版策定とその現地語展開により、国内外の従業員の帰属意識
とモチベーションの向上を図り、海外事業拡大への推進力としていきます。
