Raccoon Holdings, Inc. (“Raccoon”) announces the details of a new membership plan for
procurement businesses in “SUPER DELIVERY,” the launch of which had been announced on June
12, 2023.

As for the impact on results, the introduction of the free plan offering free membership is expected
to accelerate the pace of increasing the number of new membership registrations. Consequently,
Raccoon forecasts an increase in gross merchandise value and system usage sales. Raccoon also
expects a temporary decrease in sales of membership fees with the transition of some existing
customers to the free plan. Such a decrease, however, has been factored into the figures in the
“Forecast of consolidated results for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2024 (May 1, 2023 through April
30, 2024)” of the “Summary of Financial Results (Consolidated) For the Fiscal Year Ended April 30,
2023 (Japanese GAAP)” announced on June 12, 2023.

Launches New Membership Plan for Procurement Businesses


Effective September 1, 2023, “SUPER DELIVERY,” a wholesale purchasing site
operated by RACCOON COMMERCE, Inc. (head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan;
President & Representative Director: Takeshi Wakui; hereinafter “RACCOON
COMMERCE”), will launch a new membership plan with two options: a “standard
plan” for businesses with high purchase frequency and a “free plan” for one-time
purchases.


■Background
“SUPER DELIVERY” is a wholesale purchasing site where Japanese manufacturers
and businesses, such as retailers and service businesses, can trade. This website
features a wide range of products from various genres, including apparel,
miscellaneous goods, furniture, home appliances, and food, with approximately
1.50 million items listed. Currently, businesses with approximately 340,000 stores
have been registered as members, and the members span various industries such
as retail stores, restaurants, hair salons, and accommodations.
In recent years, various businesses are offering a selection of goods and services,
and there has been a growing trend of non-retail industries engaging in retail sales,
such as cafes selling miscellaneous goods and hair salons selling food products.
Furthermore, due to the impact of COVID-19, the restrictions on face-to-face
operations have led to a sharp increase in businesses venturing into retail sale
through, for example, online shops. As a result of these circumstances, needs
related to procurement, such as product lineups, purchase quantities, and purchase
opportunities, have become increasingly diverse.
With the introduction of the free plan offering free membership, the purchase
process will be more flexible, accommodating the needs of occasional users. On the
other hand, for businesses with a high purchase volume, we will offer the standard

plan with greater benefits than the previous plan to encourage a broad range of
