Japan Elevator Service Holdings Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) announces revision to forecasts for
the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019 consolidated results as follows, released on November 7,
2018.

Earnings per share is calculated under the assumption that the share split was conducted at
the beginning of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018.


2. Reasons for revisions
Regarding the results for the nine months ended December 31, 2018, sales from maintenance
services (including Preservation) increased higher than expected because the number of elevators
under maintenance contracts remained robust and the major construction has completed.
In addition, it is expected that sales from renewal services for the fourth quarter would exceed
the initial forecast.
Accordingly, the Company decided to revise the forecast as above.

various factors.
