President and CEO:Noriyoshi Higo), has decided to revise the rate plan for the cloud
(SaaS) type EC Attractions "Next Engine" from June 2023. So we announce it as
shown in the attached appendix.

NE Inc.(Head Office: Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Noriyoshi
Higo), 100% consolidated subsidiary of Hamee Corp., announced that it will revise
the rate plan for the cloud (SaaS) type EC Attractions "Next Engine" from June 2023.


[Background]
In Mid-Term Management Plan, Next Engine announced that it would expand and enhance
its services for small businesses. In recent years, changes in the external environment have
forced many small businesses and new entrants to downsize or withdraw from their
businesses.
We believe that the Next Engine business needs to provide easy-to-introduce services for
small businesses and new entrants in order to achieve continuous growth. Accordingly, we
have decided to support the growth of EC market by strengthening automation functions
and revising rate plans. Now in its fifteenth year since its launch, Next Engine is
committed to enhancing the support of small businesses and new entrants through these
initiatives.
